Upwork taking multiple deductions

So on my bank account Upwork has been making all of these deductions over the last 4 months- which I only just noticed. And they are not small deductions, they are in the hundreds, and I do not understand what they are for. Because they do not align with the person I hired. 

I cannot find where to chat to support.
