The freelancer I hired ended the contract on the decided delivery date. My money is stuck in escrow. The help guide says to end the contract to get a refund, but there is no 'end contract' button since the freelancer has already ended the contract. I also don't see any option to give feedback to the freelancer. Also, what about the contract initiation fee? Is it possible to get a refund for that?
