I went from top rated plus to nothing without any explanation and all positive reviews.

I did close out some projects that the clients abandoned but other than that I can't see how I went from a JSS of 100 to 83 overnight.

Please know that if you lose Top Rated or Top Rated Plus status because of a dip in your JSS, you have two weeks from that date to submit a feedback removal request. You can find instructions on how to do that in this help article.
