Basically, a place where scammers and fraudsters can do their piggybacking and remain untouchable.
As an Italian I used their services, as a client, but in the end it turned out to be a den of scammers, sponsored by the Upwork portal.
In the end between a Senegalese scammer who boasted prodigious services, and me, a dispute arose....intermiediary one of the portal was asking us for $350 to mediate .... So it's been 10 days but my money I had deposited still hasn't arrived .....
