Can't login or reset password after hiring a freelancer

Hi,

I have an old account that I used to hire a freelancer for a one time project. I tried to interview him in upwork but it won't connect so I interviewed him in skype.

I hired him and sent the agreed upon payment to the escrow via paypal. 

Now, I cannot login and can't reset my password.

I want to be able to open my account since the payment is still in that account. And I want to hire more freelancers in the future.

Can anybody help me with this please.

Gigi, I have been an Upwork Client for many years. I cannot log in to my client account. When I attempt to log in, I keep getting the freelancer account. I'm not sure if the username is wrong or the password. I am a week behind in paying my freelancer. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
