Unrecognised payments taken out from bank account

Hi, could you please support me in  this matter of urgency as my bank account has been charged of 103$ spiltted in 2 payments of 51$ for no reason. I have contacted my freelancer and he is frustrated also as fixed price was paid and contract funded. Could you please have look?

You must notify your bank within 60 days after your bank or credit union sends your statement showing the unauthorized transaction. If you wait longer, you could have to pay the full amount of any transactions that occurred after the 60-day period and before you notify your bank.
