Support. What support?

The other day I tried to find a way to contact a real human being at Upwork and I literally could not find a way to do it.

Apparently they replaced their support personnel with a useless chatbot that was absolutely worthless. All it did was waste my time.

Upwork, you take a higher % of each job as fees every year and what do we get for it? We don't even have customer support anymore. Why should I continue using this website?

Go to HIS profile (or others) and  in upper right corner click PRIVATE MESAGE. I get real answers and conversation too!
