Hello, I have posted a new job after interviewing the talent I have send the offer, The amount is deducted from my bank account I got the notification, but the offer didn't send to the freelancer, I m still getting the Send Offer button, My question is Why my offer my offer didn't send and if there is so why deduction is made?

As a client based in Pakistan, I have added a MasterCard to my Upwork profile for payment purposes. However, when attempting to send an offer to a freelancer, I encountered an issue where the transaction failed. I'm uncertain whether MasterCard is compatible with Upwork's payment system for clients. Could you please provide guidance or assistance on resolving this matter? Thank you.
