Unable to fund direct contract, I cannot pay with my card anymore

I had an issue in the beginning and it got resolved but now again it occurs that I cannot use my bank card on this platform.

Could you please check it!

Thanks a lot, I noticed that the timesheets go paid but I cannot fund milestones, so my fix contract freelancer could not get paid. Could you please check that further. Thanks
