Unable to Accepting offer - attach screen shot

Client send me offer and when i go for accept then see this msg. 

 

"This client's account is on a temporary hold. Once the issue is resolved, you can accept their offer."

 

when i tell the client they send me support msg.

 

"If an employee is having trouble accepting a job application on Upwork, they should ensure that all tasks have been completed and then wait for the compliance team to review them. This process typically takes at least 2 business days. If there are further questions, they can reach out to their Compliance Specialist for assistance."

 

 

can anyone tell me solution ?? my account is new but even my account is not any pending task or billing info etc.
