Job Poster Changed the job title and description

Hello,
I applied for a job titled "Graphic Designer/Illustrator Needed to Create Logo." But after applying for the job the job title and description changed to "Extracting English text and translate it to Spanish." This is not the job I applied for. I think the job poster changed the description. I would like UpWork to refund my connects.
