Client Not Responsding - 3 Milestone - Submitted 1st one and now can't submitt other

I closed a client last week and started a contract divided into 3 milestones. No client is responding and I submitted the first Milestone and can't submit the other.

He funded only in escrow for the 1st Milestone.
Kindly I need quick assistance.

Budget mean nothing. Only prefunded. Be ready to receive that, nothing else.

If the client has only funded one milestone, then just do the work for that milestone. If they don't respond or don't want you to finish the project, then you aren't going to get paid anything other than the amount in escrow.

I did the whole Project work and am waiting to approve the first milestone. I can't submit the 2nd and 3rd ones because the 1st one isn't approved yet because he is offline and not responding
