I created a new project  catalog but there is says ," sorry you cannot puechase projects in project catalog using this account." please help me..

Hi Tanmoy,

This is normal. You are viewing your project from your own account, and these are designed for Clients to buy. Since you can't buy your own projects, you'll see the error you described.
