the client asked me 

1. translation review rate per minute of audio

2. gnerale hourly working rate 

i was working before  doing subtitles  but never a client asked me for my rate per minutes and hours  it was only fixed contract with 30 hours a week

could you please tell me what i answer him

Simple. Just figure out how long it takes you to finish 30-60 minutes audio to transcribe and then convert that hour to your hourly rate if someone asks.

Then divide these hourly rates with 30/60 minutes of audio duration to get the rate for every minute!

For example, it takes 60 minutes to finish transcribing 30 minutes duration audio file.
If you charge $30 for 30 minutes audio file, your hourly rate is $30. Per minute audio rate is $1
