connects refund

Hi Upwork,

 

I have an issue with the connects refund, I have boosted a proposal that has been outbid before the client's interaction, I checked the connects history section but it doesn't appear that there is any refund there and it's been more than 48 hours.

Hi Ayoub,

 

I can confirm that your Connects are accurate. You were refunded on April 18th for the Connects you used to boost the proposal you're referring to. You can confirm this by visiting your Connects History page. 

 

As a reminder, when you don't see the boosted amount being refunded, it's because you received an eligible interaction from the client. The following are considered eligible interactions:

 

  • The client opens your proposal
  • The client sends an offer to you
  • The client shortlists your proposal
  • The client messages you
  • The client archives your proposal
  • The client declines your proposal
