Updating Email Problem

Hello everyone,

I require additional assistance with updating my email address.

I currently possess two accounts on Upwork, with one of them already deactivated. My intention is to utilize the email associated with my deactivated account. However, I am encountering an issue as the system consistently informs me that the email is already in use.

Could you please assist me in resolving this matter?
