Unresponsive client

Good morning. I have a question about connects. I submitted proposals that went unanswered/viewed for several weeks. I withdrew my proposals, does Upwork credit me back theconnects I bid?  Thank you.

Hi Robert,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to clarify that Connects are not returned if you withdraw your proposal. We return Connects when a client closes their job without hiring or we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service. You can find more information here.

Hi Nikola,

connect are not returned for expired job posts. 

This does not seem right: expiry is cancellng for lazy clients or not caring clients.

It should be treated as canceling.
