The client did not attend the 30 minute consultancy meeting

A client of mine ordered for 30 minutes consultation and I waited for him on zoom call five minutes before the time he gave me but he didn't come online and didn't attend the Zoom call in that case I waited for 30 minutes when he didn't come I closed the meeting. .

In that case what should I do now my client has not joined the meeting with me because he is not online and since I started the meeting the meeting has also expired and the status of that meeting has changed what should I do now I could not fulfill the client's requirement because the client Didn't come to the meeting.

 

Please let me know if I will face any kind of problem in this case?

It is  a No-show and accourding to Upwork's No-show policy, the amount will be released to you.
