How do I get my first job approval?

Do all the things listed by Fatima, but first recognize your profile is missing the target audience. The audience will probably only read a few lines at the beginning. If that doesn't grab them, they will move on. Tell how  you have been succesfull with other projects, increased speed, saved money, reduced workload, blah, blah blah. Do that in one paragraph. Then go into more about your accomplishments and past work.

Remember, putting out a great profile will not guarantee you will ever be seen. You have to apply to appropriate jobs with great proposals. Read other freelancer's experience in these areas and you will see times are hard. Be patient.

Also, look at the rules for photos. Re-center to image to show your face to top of shoulders. Minor point but every little bit helps.

Good luck.

  1. Complete Your Profile
  2. Create a Strong Portfolio
  3. Take Relevant Tests
  4. Set a Reasonable Rate
  5. Write Personalized Proposals
  6. Highlight Relevant Experience
  7. Be Responsive
  8. Start with Smaller Jobs
  9. Ask for Feedback
  10. Stay Persistent
  11. Show Professionalism

Thank you so much Fatima really appreciate this...will do this and keep pushing...be blessed
