Starting March 21, 2024, we’re increasing the contract initiation fee on Talent Marketplace and Project Catalog contracts to $4.95. We’ll include this fee in your first freelancer payment for each new contract.

Is this to be deducted from freelancer or clients?

Is not enough to increase the membership and increasing the credits needed per job? Average job is 10 credits, so only available credits for 8/10 jobs... in a month? Are you serious?

Ohh, maybe is because of the legal corruption system you set up where any idiot can get to the top of the list by bidding 50 connects in a job? aka paying for it? What about getting first by bidding first like it used to be? Maybe because you make the money now with people biding instead of giving jobs?

I´ve been here before you were born, since you bought Elance and I have to say this is turning into crap.

There are no real jobs but lots of "spam" jobs, credit cost rising, membership rising. What else? Turning this into a casino...

Ohh by the way... where the heck is the direct link to send a support request? Every time I have to send one I have to spend hour trying to find the way to get to the form which if I get to is buried behind a lot of stupid options...

A - if you have been here since dirt was invented, then you should know there is no direct method to get support. I don't remember it having been.
