Make my Profile to Public

Hello Team,
 I have been informed that my profile is been locked to private? Please make it back to public, I am already working hard to get a contract and really want to continue working on upwork. Please solve this issue ASAP!!

I am currenly having the same issue. I am being told that I need to make my profile "public" but there is not a way for me to do this myself. I am trying to get myself really going and motivated at UpWork, but it is hard to do this, when I am "invisible" to others. Can you unlock my profile the same way that you were able to for the original poster?

I have set my profile to visible to UW users only beccause that is my preference and it still shows as private on the forum. I have been asking to fix my profile for months to no avail. Grrrrrrrrreat customer service, truly worth dumping money in it.
