I am eligible but not getting top rated

Hi Members

I have fulfilled all the criteria for top rated, like

1K earning 
JSS of 90% plus for 13 out of 16 weeks. 

I know i am eligible but still not getting top rated badge. What can i do? 
Please assist.

May be they have bug and Upwork team is working on it 😌

Hope you will get the Top Rated badge soon. you can wait for a few more days or send a mail to Upwork support about it for quick results.
