How to talk to support?

I received an email saying I lost my Top Rated status, but I don't understand why as I meet all the criteria and have been meeting that criteria for years. I cannot figure out how to speak with a person about this, which is really frustrating.

Hi Faith,

 

One of the requirements for the Top Rated badge is activity on the platform (proposal, accepted invitation, or earnings) in the past 90 days. Could you please confirm if there's been activity of that nature on your account in the last 90 days?
