Hi! I am now a top-rated plus freelancer on Upwork, i now want to expedite things and want to be full-time on Upwork i noticed another badge called "Expert Vetted" but I do not think I have the option or any milestone to achieve that. anybody from officials can make Upwork send me the proposal for testing my abilities or is there any other way I am not aware of ?
