End contract feedback

Good morning.

In my last contract, feedback was accidentally left mid-contract instead of at the end, and the client plans to start a new project next week and isn't active, so he might not be able to leave feedback within the 14-day period.

Since this mid-contract feedback doesn't count towards my Job Success Score (JSS), it will remain at 82%, and 12 out of my 16 eligible weeks will go to waste, preventing me from becoming Top Rated.

What can support do to help me in this situation, as I've already reached out to the client enough and don't want to bother him further?

Also can you please explain to me more clearly how the JSS (Job Success Score) and eligible weeks work?
