Clients previous jobs dont show on their new jobs

Hi All,

I seem to be coming across this situation more frequently.  Here is an example:

1. A client posts a job and their star rating is quite low - 2 stars or less

2. From this, a freelancer would assume that you could see the previous ratings

3. But no, you cannot see the previous jobs, ratings or comments from the freelancers on these jobs

Now realistically, no freelancer in their right mind would apply for a job that has such a low star rating but why can we not see these? This is an example link https://www.upwork.com/jobs/~01d21bd60d2a5123c1

Ive also been a direct part of a similar situation.  I was hired by a terrible client who I did 2 hours work for, his credit card was declined for payment and a "refund" was issued to him. I ended the contract and gave him a 1 star review. His overall rating is something like 2.09, but the odd thing is that you cant see any bad reviews on his account. They are all 5 star but his overall rating is 2.09?? Also, no-one can see the one star review I left. Here is the link to the job https://www.upwork.com/jobs/~01b9d3d2b1069f1084

This seems concerning to me. Is this because he has technically never paid me even though there was an active contract? It seems perhaps that the first example has also done the same thing.  Its concerning because other freelancers are not able to see the feedback that specifically lists why the client is so bad (I know that the star ratings are bad but this might be a glitch?)

Im seeing this situation more frequently.  Anyone else?
