Can't submit proposal

Hello,

I have received an invitation to submit a proposal by a client. I would like to submit a proposal but the button is greyed out. Is there something missing in my profile or is it a bug? Can you please help me?

I wasn't able to reproduce the problem you're seeing. Would you mind clearing your browser cache and cookies and let us know if it persists?

I have cleared my cache and tried submitting on more than one browser. It is still grayed out.

Thanks for coming back here, and I'm sorry it is still not working on your end. Could you please check if your browser is up-to-date? I just tried to check it from my end, and it works.
