The "Activity on this job" widget is not working (showing numbers) correctly.

Example:

I have personally applied 4 days ago and have current active submitted proposal

This is the number of freelancers currently having an ongoing interview with the client, meaning that the client messaged them in response to their proposal. In your case, you submitted a proposal, but you're not currently interviewing with the client. Your proposal is accounted for in this section's "Proposals" number.
