About payment

Hi. 2 weeks ago I had a job done Digital Web Prints organization I had a contract with them. After doing my job, all I was told was that I had to pay them to transfer my money. So I had to pay them to link my account to the system and pay .But I didn't know about it before I started the job. They started not answering my letters, then when I already wrote a lot and said that according to the contract they are obligated to pay me, they started deleting all the letters (including the contract) . What can I do?
