How Can I Combine My 2 Relevant Services in One Project Category?

I'm curious if I can combine my two services which are relevant to each other, in one project. 

For ex.

1. Brand strategy document (is now a project)

2. Visual brand identity document (is now another project I have)

3rd option would be - A complete brand developement pack for start-ups, Strategy + Visual Design. 

I've realized that this is a big need because customers find me on Marketing project catalogue category, and use Design category as well to hire a designer. But my services include both, as my expertise is complete brand developement from scratch and re-create existing brands. 

What would be the optimum solution for my third project catalogue?

This is my thought - You can add the both names as the name of the project when creating the project catalogue.

Thank you, but the question is, which category should I choose. There is no such project category in Upwork. I will either use brand design or marketing strategy.
