I have run into an ID Verification issue

I added my collegue's CC information since mine was not available at the moment and I had to hier quickly. Even though, now that payment method is removed, scanning the QR Code on the ID Verifiaction screen(on my phone's browser), still takes me to verify the ID of my collegue.
How do I remove the name of my collegue still showing up (which is un-editable) on my phone browser's ID verifiction?
