Dispute on contracts

Hi Upwork,

Could you please guide me through on raising dispute to contract fee. As the freelance never started his work after hired but the contract is funded.

Hi Cheuk,

If the contract is still in progress, you will need to choose "End contract" from the workroom of the contract in question. You can do this by going to "All Contracts", and choosing the contract you'd like to close. This will take you to another screen where you can leave feedback and request an escrow refund.
