Display messages Timeout

I am doing a project with a freelancer on upwork and am checking on new messages. When I refresh the page, it cant reload the messages and times out.

This has happened on a few occasions.

This occurred with me too and sometimes it's showing me a wrong chats and sentences I also informed that Upwork have technical issue they suggested clear cache and browser issues, but it's not browser issue I am using Apple Safari and on other freelance marketplaces and chat are working smoothly so bug might be on Upwork server...

bit I close tab and reopen and refresh it's solve the issue with clearing cache( I can't clear for only Upwork I saved other websites data too and that's important for quick load obviously) so this solution work close tab and opening new window ( as per support it's browser bug but it's not it's platform bug and they have to look over it )
