 I am new to upwork, when i tried to apply on one posted job offer, It seems I could not get through, Is it free or will have to pay to get the proposal sent to the client

Hi Isaias and welcome.

You have to make sure you have enough "Connects" to apply for the job. The amount you have, especially as a free member having bought no connects, does not always cover the number of connects needed to apply. If you use the website you find a lot of that information on the right-hand side of your homepage.

Outside of a few free Connects for joining, they are purchased.
