About Payment Method Active

I have created my account almost 2 weeks and i have added payment methods both bank and payoneer as i am from Bangladesh.but both methods are still inactiv..I have contact to upwork support they have told me that it will take 3 calender days but its still not working ask in comunity.

thats why i am here..plz help me experts or moderator..

I took a closer look at your account and confirmed that you need to provide your tax information in order to fully activate your payment method and access your funds. All freelancers who are U.S. persons should file a Form W-9 with Upwork. 

If you’re not a U.S.taxpayer you’ll need to file a Form W-8BEN instead. The Form W-8BEN is a form used to confirm you’re not a U.S. taxpayer and that Upwork is not required to withhold taxes from your earnings. Let us know if you need further assistance.
