I worked 12hours for a client but the contract was limited for one hour per week when I asked her to unlimit it she ended the contract and didn't pay me. What could I do to get my money?

If the contract was limited to one hour, that means you should only work for one hour. Clients can't be charged for more hours than they agreed to pay, and there's no payment protection when you do this, either.
Next time, you need to ask the client to increase the limit before you start doing extra hours - not after.
