"Your completed tasks are under review"

Hello,

 

I recently got accepted/hired for a position which was 7 days ago. I was told by the person who hired me that my account would be under review to set up payroll through iWorkGlobal Upwork Payroll and that I would be contacted soon, however I have still yet to receive a response. The message that pops up on the position says I can reach out to Enterprise Customer Support if it's been longer than 3 days. I messaged the iWorkGlobal Upwork Payroll and didn't recieve a response as well. I would just like to know the time expectancy for my profile to be reviewed so I can start the project.

No. I think that is not a good idea. Do not transact outside upwork.

It's through upwork, it's an enterprise company.

Kristen, give it a bit of time, those things take time as it is essentially employment rather than freelancing. It always takes longer than expected.

You really need to stop commenting on stuff you have absolutely no clue about please, you just confuse people with your nonsense responses. Many, MANY thousands of Upwork members work through the payrolled services.  It *IS* Upwork.

hello joanne i got an offer since December but could not accept the offer till now.i have had several responses about the holidays being reason for the delay.

Hello Upwork team.

 

I am facing the exact type of issue. I tried to reach out to Upwork support but they instructed me to reach out to my client instead since they have no control over reviewing them. I took their word and reached out to my client, but my client again said it was the other way around and that it was up to the Upwork team to take care of my onboarding items. Now I am lost and have no idea whom I should reach out to. My contract is expiring at the end of this month and it's nearly been half a month since I received my offer and was unable to accept it. Can you please help? Thank you for your time.

 

I have attached the response I received from Upwork support team and screenshots of my pending onboarding tasks.

Hello need advise on my onboarding process.

 

I have received an offer and after clicking "Accept & Continue", I was directed to the onboarding process page where I have completed 2/3 of the tasks that are required to be completed by me. Would like a status on this matter before the offer expires on June 11.

Looks like there's still enough time to complete the onboarding tasks. Once the team has reviewed your tasks, you should be given more information on how to proceed. You may read more about it here.

I received an offer but cannot start working until my account is verified.I accepted the offer on Saturday but the process is still onboarding and 33%.kindly help me with this so that I can start working immediately. Time is not on my side.

I checked your account, and I can see here that two-thirds of the onboarding process is already complete. As stated on the offer, it will expire on 22-January, 2022. 

Are you required to start working already?

It does seem to take a ridiculously long time for these reviews to be conducted, and often the Upwork liaison doesn't respond to messages from the freelancer or the client for days on end. There needs to be an overall review of the customer service reps who are assigned to Enterprise clients, because it's just not right that they get worse customer service than basic clients do. I'm in discussions with an Enterprise client right now and reluctant to even accept the project, because I have no idea whether delays on Upwork's side will completely mess up my work schedule.

I checked the project that you're referring to and it looks like you aren't required to complete the tasks at the moment.  You will be notified when you can complete them and can start working.
