Never do payments outside Upwork. Also never pay to receive money, that is a scam.

It's a scam. Guarantee Global Credit is the go-to for scammers. Read the rules: Don't go off Upwork, don't get paid off Upwork, and don't pay any fee to get access to your money. If you do, it's almost guaranteed that you will not see those money, in addition to not seeing the "payment", and I use the term loosely as could bet a pretty penny that there is no actual payment waiting for you. Sorry mate.
