Why new Account don't get hired !

Hello I have a new account with no reviews and no earning as I submitted 15 proposal ( High-Converting Proposal ) But no one can see my proposal, Perhaps my friend has 1000$ earning in same field he use my proposal in the same 3 job post and from that 3 job post 1 has hired him and other 2 was viewied. I think that company's and clinets are not taking chances on new profiles. 

Is that true?

Idk if you believe in luck or not, but now getting jobs on upwork is all about luck. I am a top rated been working for last around 3 years. I have earned $7000+ but ever since upwork brought some new features like boosting proposal since around idk Nov 2023 i think. Things have changed. People/freelancers/agencies are going crazy over $5 task, they sent proposal and boost their proposal with 30+/40+ connects and people who are genuinely interested and have skills to do the job gets their proposal way behind the people who use boosting feature. I used to get a lot of projects after sending proposals but now i hardly get 2-3 tasks that too,old clients that i have worked with, have been rehiring me.. This is not just me but we always have this new forums open almost every week where we talk about how upwork has changed everything, not just boosting feature but also Upwork has set connects as high as 24 for sending a proposal to a project.. So basically people who have more connects, they sent proposal with their 50 connects for one project to get to the top of other projects so that clients notice their proposal. 

All old freelancers those are top-rated and top rated plus are having a tough time to get new projects. So for newbie, i don't think there's even a chance unless you're highly skilled and they are looking for newbies.

Veteran here, Top rated, many jobs completed with success, currently no jobs, no interviews, no invitations. That's the reality, you have luck or you should go somewhere else since UW is no longer about real work.

New acconts and old Top Rated accounts dont get hired becuse the Upwork Casino system is bad!

I had to do an absolute garbage job to get my first review. It gets easier after that.
