Weird message from a client I don't know

I replied that I had not had this issue and asked if we had worked together. I got no reply after 15 minutes so now I am feeling very uncomfortable and felt I should report this. I am concerned there is something wrong going on.

Turned out this was a miscommunication and just a potential client who was not the best at articulating why he was reaching out. We had a good conversation and fortunately, all is well!
