Tax identification number bug

tEverytime I click 'save' on the tax identification number section of my profile, I keep getting rewinded to the part where it says 'Please read and scroll to the bottom of the content of the W-8BEN certification'. I have done so, scrolling to the bottom, and I have checked the box and filled in the signatures. What am I doing wrong?
