Hello,
I am stuck on the onboarding process. I have signed the necessary documents and received confirmation from my client directly that my documents were received. However, Upwork does not recognize this, although it has been updated on my client's end. It still reads "onboarding in progress."
I'm becoming frustrated because there is NO way for me to contact anyone. The chat recycles the same text information, and when I emailed support directly, I received an email stating that my case was CLOSED and was re-directed to the chat.
I need to start work ASAP and cannot.
