No Option for "Set Bid"

Hello I am Zeeshan Hassan. I am currently freelancer on upwork. When I wish to Apply for a Project at the end there is no option to "Set Bid". 2 to 3 months ago there was an option to set bid to get ranked. But Now, there is no option. There is Direct option to submit proposal.

Please solve my Issue.

Hi Zeeshan,

We recently announced that Boosted Proposals are now limited to eligible freelancers. Your eligibility to boost is determined based on how good of a match you are to the job and client requirements. You can still submit a proposal regularly. Feel free to check this article for more information.

I mean I was just applying for that job so does that mean I can't bid more until he saw my proposal "since you already said you proposal must be great to add more bid on it"?
