My mastercard was added by my brother to her upwork account. Now I want to add my card to my upwork account. Will there be any problems?

As long as the owner of the billing method authorizes you to use it, you should be able to add it to your account. If any issues arise, the Upwork team will notify you directly. You can also check out this help article for more information on available Billing Methods that you can use.
