How to edit Profile Name

When I joined Upwork I used my common name i.e. Tathagata Banerjee as I was not aware that profile name has to be exactly same as the beneficiary name as in Bank.

In all documents such as Bank, PAN & Govt. ID my name is written as Tathagata Bandopadhay.

Due to this my payment method directly to bank has been deactivated.

I also fail to understand that how my Profile name got verified.

Please guided me how to solve the issue.

Hi TB, 

1. Open Upwork

2. Go to Settings

3.  click on Contact Info 

4. Click on the Edit Button 

5. Update Setting

I tried that way but it did not work.

But my payment method got verified and activated.

Hence I need not have to edit my Profile name.
