Give the CLIENTS feedback on their job offers - Or Why I DID NOT accept your RFP

I belive in 2 way communication.

I also use the thumbs don to cull out my job offer list.

Therfore, I would like to see the freelancers thumbs down reasons (see image) FED BACK to the clients!

They don't know I sent it. Just that xx# potential contractors did not want their offer

This would help me, as a client, know that:

My offer $$ was too low

##FL's were just not interested

My description sucked (typical)

and so on and so forth.........

Maybe them clinets would make better and more accurate descriptions of the work.

Little things like deadlines and deliverables- yah know?

Or maybe learn to appreciate our fees and understand that, in my business,  good work takes TIME and TIME=MONEY!

Do you really want a $5 house painter or car mechanic working on your hard earned object?

Pretty sure the motorcycle and hot rod guys spend a fortune for those blings!

Hi David great points. Where relevant it would also be good to state when things are a  potential TOS violation - 3.1: "

  • posting jobs with payment terms that are objectively unreasonable or disproportionate to the scope of services requested"

I totally agree with this, David.  I think this would radically improve Upwork, if clients saw even just a simple infographic of the feedback from the Freelancer community.
