Error when submitting client's feedback

When I submitted my feedback to the client, I got an error message. So, I tried to submit it again and got this error message: "This feedback can no longer be modified". However, the feedback didn't go through. Can you check it out and assist me, please?

Hi Michelle,

Could you please confirm which Contract ID you're referring to so we could check? It looks like on your last contract you were able to leave feedback. You can always check the contract's details tab to confirm any feedback left on the contract.
