Didn't receive Top Rated Email Notification

Hey Guys,

I got my Top Rated Status badge a week back, but I haven't received any notification from Upwork. I also didn't get any email when I got Rising Talent. And I noticed people get Earning Milestone achievmenets ($1K, $5K etc) but I didn't get any of those either. 

I have started to wonder if there's something wrong with my account. Can someone please guide me?
