Can I hire freelancers to work on jobs outside of Upwork?

Hi there!

I have a financial consulting firm and one of the ways I generate clients is through Upwork. I also own a website in which I market my services outside of Upwork.

My question is - can I hire upwork freelancers to work on jobs that funnel through my website? I know it's against TOS to hire freelancers to work upwork jobs (unless you have an agency account). I want to make sure I am doing everything within the rules.

Hi David,

I checked with the team and they have confirmed that as long as you hired the freelancer through Upwork and that all payments are done also through Upwork, this should be fine.
