Account on hold Issues

Hello Everyone, 

Assalamualikum(Peace) How are you? I wanted to discuss an important issue, in the last 6 months, my account was on hold 3 times. Alhamdulillah, I got back every time. Every time I get an email saying I shared my account with someone else, I have to verify my identity.

I haven't shared my info or logins with anyone. But I do the following.

1. My brother has a separate account and works with the same wifi.
2. I use 2 different laptops when I travel.
3. We have separate devices for both. 
4. For safety, we have made an agency as Upwork instructed.

Still, I have faced the issues, any suggestions?

I am looking forward to having your expert opinion.
